The Maoist-affiliated All Nepal National Independent Students Union (Revolutionary) has sent a letter to the government expressing readiness for talks to end the deadlock in the educational sector.

It is learnt that Sudeep Pathak, chairman of Human Rights Organization of Nepal who is one of the mediators between the government and the rebel students, has submitted the ANNISU-R letter to education minister Bimalendra Nidhi Tuesday.
