Maoists have shot and killed a shopkeeper and injured another civilian in the southwestern town of Butwal. According to the Directorate of Public Relation (DPR) of the army, a group of armed Maoists shot dead Mubin Khan, who used to run a retail shop at Deependra Chowk, in Butwal Municipality, on Monday. They also wounded Kabir Khan of the same area, DPR added.
