Three Maoists killed in security action
At least three Maoists were killed in an
encounter with the security forces at Raralihi area in mid-western
Jumla district on Sunday.
The Royal Nepalese Army (RNA) on Monday said that the militants
were killed when they came face to face with security forces
on patrol in the area. Socket bombs, explosives and bullets
were recovered from the dead Maoists.
Meanwhile, according to reports, the insurgents detonated a
bomb at a primary school in Khalanga, Salyan district on Sunday.
