Police arrest two JTMM-J cadres with arms

A patrolling team of the Armed Police Force (APF) from Dattakali Battalion has arrested two armed cadres of the Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha (JTMM), Jwala Singh faction, last night.

JTMM-Jwala cadres Upendra Yadav and Hareram Shah were arrested from Saptari district at around 12:30 last night.

The patrolling APF team also recovered two home-made guns, few bullets and socket bombs from the arrested people.

However, the JTMM-Jwala district in-charge said the two arrested people are not associated with his group.

Yadav has admitted that he killed Dasarath Thakur, central committee member of the All Nepal Farmers Association (Revolutionary). nepalnews.com ia Aug 20 07
