Congress leader doubts election amid existing lack of security
A senior leader of Nepali Congress (NC) has doubted that election for the Constituent Assembly (CA) can be held in prevalent situation of insecurity.
Addressing a function held by Gothatar unit of Congress to mark Tihar festival, Wednesday, NC vice president Prakash Man Singh said, "People are worried with the lack of state presence."
"Even though our party president is the prime minister and our party leader is the Home Minister, we have to say that it is very difficult to think that CA election can be held due to lack of law and order," he said.
Singh urged the government to immediately take steps to improve the situation of law and order. nepalnews.com sd Nov 07 07
