Bhattarai appointed acting SG of Parliament Secretariat

Speaker of the parliament Subas Nemwang has appointed Manohar Bhattarai as the acting Secretary General of the Parliament Secretariat.

As the immediate past SG of the secretariat Surya Kiran Gurung gave his resignation following his appointment as the ambassador to the Russian Federation, Bhattarai has been appointed to the post.
