Police rescues abducted businessman

A team of Armed Police Force (APF) and Nepal Police rescued an abducted businessman from a village in Parsa district.

The police found the person lying with his hands tied behind a house in Musaili village of Jilwa VDC on Tuesday.

Binod Agrawal, manager of Shiva Shakti Aluminium Industry based in Chorni VDC of the district, had been abducted by unknown group on Monday evening.

The abductors had kidnapped Agrawal, driver of his vehicle and two other persons. The vehicle and other persons had been found near APF camp in the district.

The rescued businessman Agrawal was apparently beaten by his abductors, say police. nepalnews.com sd Nov 21 07
