Interim Parliament's winter session from Nov 19
Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala has called the regular session of the Interim Legislature Parliament on November 19.
Koirala sent a letter to Speaker Subas Nemwang Wednesday, summoning the regular session on Wednesday. He had held discussion with the Speaker before setting the date for the winter session.
The notice came a day after the special session of the House was put off till 29 after the parties could not forge consensus on the Maoists' 'special political proposal', which seeks a parliamentary proclamation to turn Nepal a republic and fully proportional voting system for the proposed constituent assembly polls.
Previous regular session had ended on August 23. nepalnews.com mk Oct 16 07
