JTMM-J commander held for VDC secy's murder

Police arrested Siraha district "platoon commander" of Jwala Singh led Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha (JTMM-J) Bindeshwor Sadaya Tuesday in connection with his involvement in abduction and subsequent killing of Govindapur VDC secretary Ram Hari Pokharel.
