Eight injured as two student groups clash in Pokhara

At a time the student organisations at the central level are working for strengthening their relations, the members of two left wing student bodies clashed in Pokhara's Prithvi Narayan Campus and on Saturday.

The CPN-UML affiliated All Nepal National Free Students Union (ANNFSU) and the Maoist affiliated All Nepal National Independent Students Union- Revolutionary (ANNISU-R) engaged in violent clashes last evening and Saturday morning.

Three students of each student group and two policemen have been injured in the scuffle.
