Re-polling on in five constituencies

Re-polling for the constituent assembly elections started in five constituencies in two districts on Wednesday.

Re-polling are being held in various polling booths in constituencies 3, 4 and 5 of Mahottari district and constituencies 1 and 2 in Arghakhachi district.

Polls on April 10 were postponed in these constituencies due to incidents like looting of the ballots papers, attack on each other's party cadres or attempt to capture the booths.

Security has been beefed up in all the polling booths for today's elections. The elections will be held between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. nepalnews.com ia Apr 16 08
