The mass meeting that would be attended by all the leaders and activists of the party's central secretariat including the valley committee is scheduled to be addressed by General Secretary Madhav Kumar Nepal.
CPN-UML started its election campaign in the district level after it had to postpone the national conference of its activists due to the unrest in terai and disruption in the highway.
The party also plans to intensify election campaign in the district level after announcing the names of party candidates under proportional representation and direct election system.
