Four killed, dozen injured in Doti bus mishap

At least four people were killed and a dozen others injured when a passenger bus skidded off the road and fell into a gorge in far-western Doti district early Monday morning.

The Ma 1 Kha 5694 bus heading towards Gokuleshwor of Darchula from Mahendranagar met with the accident at Rubasdanda, reports said.

Three of the deceased have been identified as Baldev Panta, Nabaraj Bhatt and a four-your old boy Santosh Panta.

Police and the local people rescued the injured people who are now undergoing treatment at Seti Zonal Hospital in Dhangadi and Padma Hospital in Attariya. nepalnews.com mk Feb 25 08
