The talks between the government and the Federal Republican National Front (FRNF) could not reach to any conclusion on Thursday night.
The FRNF – an alliance of half a dozen different ethnic and regional based parties – had demanded immediate declaration of republic, amendment of constitution and fully proportional representation based election, which the government refused to meet.
The FRNF has also demanded guarantee of autonomous federal states with the right to self determination.
