PHSC names Dr Singh as new ambassador to India
The Parliamentary Hearing Special Committee (PHSC) of the Interim Legislature Parliament has unanimously approved the name of Dr. Durgeshman Singh who was proposed as an ambassador to India, Friday.
After approving Singh's name, the Committee sent letter including suggestions to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Singh was present during the entire hearing.
PHSC chairman Amod Prasad Upadhyaya presided over the meeting which found Singh capable of taking charge of the post on the basis of his caliber and experience. nepalnews.com ag Jan 11 08
