PM advised to take rest
Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala has been advised by his doctors to take full rest for a couple of days.
According to reports by state-owned Nepal Television, PM Koirala is suffering from mild fever and has shown preliminary signs of throat and chest infection.
The octogenarian Prime Minister Koirala was set to address the joint mass meeting of the seven parties in Kathmandu on Monday. It is not clear if the PM will address the meeting on Monday now that he has become unwell.
