President Yadav discusses politics with PM

First president of the country Dr Ram Baran Yadav met with Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala at Baluwatar, Tuesday morning.

The meeting, with a few Nepali Congress leaders also attending, was focused on role Dr Yadav has to play as the head of state and future strategies of the party.

The leaders, after a short meeting at Baluwatar, drove to Sujata Koirala's residence at Mandikhatar for further discussion.

Formation of new government and Dr Yadav's resignation from the post of party's general secretary were other issues discussed.
