Foreign Ministry to start working from Narayanhity from next week
The Foreign Ministry is set to start working from a building within Narayanhity Museum complex from Sunday.
As Shital Niwas has been turned into the Office of the President, the Foreign Ministry is being shifted to Narayanhity.
The passport, consular and legal sections will begin their work from the building that previously housed the Secretariat of the former King, near the western gate of Narayanhity.
“Since people seek services from these three sections the most, they will be shifted first,” Foreign Secretary Gyan Chandra Acharya told Nepal Samacharpatra.
Other sections will be, subsequently, transferred to Narayanhity. nepalnews.com sd Jul 23 08
