Tharus announce fresh protests

Tharu Kalyankarini Sabha has announced fresh protest programmes against what they called the Madhes-isation of the whole terai districts.

In a statement issued Friday, the Tharu group said, the constituent assembly building – International Convention Center (ICC) would be picketed on Saturday, after a rally.

Several tharu leaders including the members of the constituent assembly will address the rally.
