RAUTAHAT, July 31 - Police arrested three educated unemployed on the charge of mugging two passengers after getting off from the bus in Chandra Nigahapur.

Saroj Mishra - a Bachelor’s degree holder, with the help of two of his friends Kumar Lama and Raju Shrestha, had mugged Ramesh Pariyar and Bikram Pariyar who were on the way to their house from Kathmandu Friday morning.
