Please train delivery boys
Caring for the needs of consumers is not known as yet in
Nepal. The feudal trend which knows only how to dictate the terms to clients instead of
winning their appreciation through maximised care and facilitated service still prevails.
This can be observed at all institutional counters holding responsibilities for managing
and delivering essential services.
Information flow has become vital in today's life module; and
Kantipur Publication is emerging in the front rank in disseminating updated and processed
information with due faithfulness. However, the delivery mode and attitude adopted in
distributing newspapers to regular clients must be given due sensitivity. Subscribers
value news and article contents and wish to receive them in an undamaged state so that
they can be read, kept for reference or copied. If these papers, in the course of
delivery, are not shoved inside the door safely but carelessly thrown in or outside the
compound without looking at the muddy or rain water pool inside the compound, the paper
will naturally not be in a state to be read and made effective use of.
Kantipur Publication Ltd, therefore, needs to orient the
distributing youth with required training, adaptable attitude and refined manners. Given
that newspapers will reach clients in good shape and encourage them to make the best of
the information flow. Attention in this direction shall be appreciated.
