Stop fretting about Maoists

I am a frustrated Nepali citizen who is sick and tired of this dummy government. Why can't the government  do anything about the safety of its citizens? If they cannot make use of the army, what is it for? What were the 200 soldiers doing at the camp in Dolpa when the civilians were scared to death? Aren't they camped there for the safety of the citizens and to maintain peace and to help the police? Or, are they waiting for a full fledged civil war? Oh, don't give us excuses like the maoist "rebels cut off the bridges on the Bheri river." I am sure the soldiers have gone through training, unlike the civilians. They cannot be held back by a broken bridge when there are bombs blasting and guns firing.

The Kathmandu Post gives us information like "Maoist Insurgents surrendered." They could not stand any more the maoist terrorizing, looting, killing, etc of the local people. Well, I am sure the surrendered insurgents gave more information to the police than that. We can all judge from their surrender that they could not stand the violence or the injustice. What we want to know is what information they have about the Maoists: their future plans, their headquarters, who are the members, where are they most prominent, where do they get the support from besides from looting. I am sure the police have taken every measure to get as much information as possible. We want to know them and fret less about the maoist.
