Stop bullying

It seems that India will never stop bullying Nepal. Without respecting the international
law and our sovereignty, the Indian government has built a number of dams near the international border. Acres of land, belonging to the poor farmers on the side of Nepal, have been submerged this summer and rendered hundreds of people homeless. And now the Indian government is building another dam across the Danav river near Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha, an apostle of peace. Experts say that if this dam is built, it will flood the whole area.

Therefore, the government and other organizations must stop India from building the dam across the Danav river. It was due to the Nepali rulers, besides the bloody Anglo-Nepal war of 1814-1816, we lost vast land, stretching from Tista to Sutlej, to British-India. Many of us are yet to recall this fact.
