Bomb menace

I read the news of bombs being diffused in your newspaper with great dismay particularly the behavior of the public at Keltole on June 28, 2001. The public behavior shows that they do not understand the "seriousness" of bombs. The police have had difficulties in keeping away the public from the bomb implanted area. None of those people would dare to even peek at the area, not to mention about going nearer to the area and watching from the rooftop, if they knew that a single bomb could do a lot of harm to the surrounding people and areas.

Anyone watching from the rooftop, not to mention about those guys daring to go nearer to the bomb planted area, could have been hurt from the flying shrapnel if the bombs had exploded uncontrolled. Obviously our people need to be aware of the consequences of watching the bombs being diffused. We should cooperate with the police on diffusing such bombs as soon as possible to save our precious lives and property.
