Poorly designed poll

This is with reference to the opinion poll advertisement by ILO/ IPEC in The Kathmandu Post. I appreciate the idea of awareness building among public against the use of child labour through internet polling. However, what surprised me is the layout of the advertisement which is designed so poorly that one can hardly read the text because of the overlapping IPEC logo. Advertisement can be effective if it encourages readers to think over the issue. It can be achieved by giving top priority for the text rather than on the logo, which signifies the name of advertiser instead of the message itself. I hope the ILO/IPEC will take this suggestion positively and apply on its awareness building campaign.
