Singh wins Everest Cup

KATHMANDU, March 4 - H.K. Singh won the Everest Cup Golf Competition, held on
Saturday, with 34 points making it a hat-trick for him. Prior to this victory, he won the
Valentine, Yak and Yeti tournament. One point behind him, on 33, Deepak Rajbhandary took
second place.
The senior winner was Min Bahadur Rawat. In the ladies competition, U. Thapa
came first and Spandan Lama won the junior section.The most birdies was hot by Raj
Pradhan, the longest drive by Gopal Chitrakar, the nearest to the pin was M. Yakthumba and
the bogey winner was M.R. Kim.
Sharik Lari of Everest Hotel distributed the prizes to the winners.
