TIA lacks facilities

The only international airport in Nepal lacks some minor facilities which if provided would go a long way in ensuring a positive frame of mind among the tourists. I was aghast to see that in the baggage claim section there were not enough trolleys. When tourists have to go outside the airport building to fetch them, I am sure it will not give a positive impression. The airport officials also do not seem to know in which belt baggage was being sent. As a result, tourists are confused, and wait at the wrong belt for their baggage. I hope concerned officials will look into this.
