Terrorism to end terrorism ?

The US attack on Afghanistan is still going on. Many innocent people have been killed, and we just don’t know when the warfare will end. A few weeks ago many thought that the attack will end. But the warfare is taking a serious turn. Many Muslims from Pakistan and elsewhere are entering Afghanistan to fight against the American soldiers.

But if we care to see the attack from the eyes of Afghans, it becomes very pathetic and shocking. Fear, tension, grief and hardship have become an integral part of many Afghans. Everyone is busy condemning Saudi-born millionaire Osama bin Laden, the chief suspect of the September 11 attack in the US. But why are the innocent people made to suffer from the crimes allegedly committed by Laden. If a small Afghan boy asks US President George W Bush: "Isn’t it terrorism?", then what answer will he give?
