This is to draw your attention to the error-ridden Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB) results of Class XI exam. The unsystematic, unscientific and inefficient Board has ruined our lives. But who cares about injustice? We have been victimised for no fault of ours. When will the inefficient and corrupt Board stop playing with the lives of the future citizens?

Giving marks to a student who did not sit for the HSEB exam, marking "absent" in the marksheets of those students who appeared in the exam, assigning science marks to a student of commerce, giving unbelievably high marks to a mediocre student, low marks and even failed marks to class toppers are some blunders committed by HSEB . Many students have obtained unreasonably low marks in Compulsory English. We appeal to the authority concerned to give us justice by re-checking our answerscripts, besides retotalling our marks.

Exam Controller Amir Pandey has blamed both students and his subordinates for negligence and inefficiency. After the restoration of multi-party democracy, the education system has worsened. And if the prevalent anomalies continue, the possibility of a total failure of the system cannot be ruled out.

Students of Campion Academy, Kumaripati, Lalitpur
