Handball training at TU
KATHMANDU, April 2 (PR) - Tribhuvan University
Free Students’ Union, in conjunction with the Nepal Handball Association (NHA),
launched handball training at the university premise on Tuesday. Chief guest of the
occasion Ganga Thapamagar, head of department for Students’ Welfare and Sports,
inaugurating the training, said that besides university studies, extra curricular
activities are equally important for the physical fitness. He also assured necessary
support for the development of handball. NHA vice-president Rajendra Pandey handed over
the ball to member of TUFSU Anjan Lama. Also present on the occasion were proctor at TU
Krishna Acharya, NHA general-secretary Prasanna Man Shrestha. |
