Threat in KTM

The Maoists have made it all clear that their terrorism is not confined to outside Kathmandu Valley. Slowly but surely, they are invading the Valley. Take the death of a potter who mistakenly handled the so-called garbage bomb at Chabahil last week. Such other incidents occurred elsewhere in the Valley. This has given way to terror and uncertainty. Parents get shudders when their children go outside their houses to play. They fear that a bomb might go off anytime, anywhere. But it is also not possible to keep playful children within the four walls of the house. The threat of violence does not end here. It has become an integral part of city dwellers.
