Slanderous letter

This is in reference to the letter entitled "RNA’s drunk pilot", published in your esteemed daily on March 13, 2002.

The allegations contained in the letter are totally false. The letter smacks of personal bias, and was obviously written with the sole intention of damaging the reputation of the Royal Nepal Airlines and its pilots.

That name of the supposed "passenger" is false. The writer deemed it fit to write the letter after five months since the supposed incident took place. The newspaper could have verified with the TIA customs and immigration or crew of the day if the alleged incident ever took place.
