Poor police record

The recovery of the bodies of four police personnel from under the rubble of the District Administration office eleven days after the Achham incident is a shameful thing.

It is clear there was no record on how many police personnel were stationed there at that time. Otherwise they must have reported the four as missing.

If the police administration cannot keep records efficiently and accurately on its own personnel, what kind of security and investigation shall the general public expect from it, especially at a time when the country is fighting against the Maoist? It is shocking that the Nepal Police could not keep records of its dead and alive personnel.
