Calling the mountains

I read Rajni KC’s "The Mountains called me" in the Editorial page of The Kathmandu Post dated February 13, 2003. I appreciate thoughts and feelings. The article does not only touch one’s heart but also takes one very close to the nature; especially for people like us who have been far away from our beloved Nepal: the country of mountains and serenity.

Well, I was hoping to see the mighty sun shine at the end of the article, but I didn’t. The article made me feel as I was in my village in the lap of the mountains, which I have been missing a lot. By the end of the article I have decided "Now it’s my turn to call out them", and very soon indeed.
