Fire Cases

With the arrival of hot summer days, cases of fire have been increasing, especially in the Terai region of the country. We can hear or read every other day about the huge damage caused by fire in one or another part of the country. Certainly the thatched-roof houses of the Terai are prone to fire. Even a little negligence while dealing with fire can turn the total village into ashes. So the people should be made aware about the dangers of fire and the proper way of handling it. More important are the fire fighting machines. However, there is always a kind of scarcity of fire-fighting machines in villages and even in the towns of the Terai.

If the concerned authorities provide the villages and towns of the Terai with adequate fire fighting machines, the ratio of damage could somehow be reduced.
