265 kg of silk cocoon produced Syangja (RSS):The Silviculture Development Programme being run in local Chapakot VDC has produced 265 kilograms of silk cocoon, it is learnt from the Syangja District Development Committee (DDC). The programme is being implemented through the silkworm rearing and environmental reforms centre. One hundred twelve silkworm farmers of the VDCs where the Silviculture Development Programme has been launched have been provided necessary training in silk worm rearing and mulberry cultivation.
