Nab The Hooligans
Hooligans are creating a problem in the
Samakhusi area where I live. This area is very densely populated and the road is narrow.
Even in such an area where it is difficult to walk, hooligans just appear from no where in
the evening and harass girls and even go on to rob elderly people. The problem becomes
worse when people are late in returning home. Repeated requests to the police beat nearby
has not yielded any results. I hope the matter will be taken up seriously by the concerned
authorities so that walking in the street will be safe.
