Though it is not difficult for the local passengers to get public buses or tempos during the day time in Kathmandu, it is almost impossible get them after eight in the evening. As a result commuters like me who have to work at office till eight have to face various inconveniencess while returning home. As such, to reach home they either have to walk or hire a taxi, which is not possible for common people or office goers like me. How can a passenger walk to Battisputali or New Baneshwore from Ratna Park in the night? If public buses and tempos provide their services till 10 in the night, many people can benefit.
