Be Pro-Public

A private company has been licensed to provide cellular mobile phone services nation-wide. This definitely heralds the end of communications monopoly of the state-run Nepal Telecommunications Corporation. Now we, who have had enough of the NTC’s high-tariff services, are looking to the private company for rendering quick and affordable services. Inducing competition in this free market world, the new service provider, we strongly believe, will fix the new tariff much lower than that of NTC.

But beware, if you too follow the footsteps of the old public company, the people have all authority to decide whether or not you will continue to stay afloat. After all, this is the world where only those that provide the felt needs of the consumers at competitive prices will survive.
