The temple of Goddess Palanchok Bhagawati located on a beautiful hilltop is not only a pilgrimage for the Hindu devotees, but it can also be developed as a tourist destination because of the strategic site that overlooks a wide range of landscape. The panoramic view of the snowcapped mountains and spectacular hilly terrain certainly does win even the hardest of the hearts. If this place is promoted as a tourism spot, the locals too would economically benefit from this step. But the narrow road to the area has really been a great hinerance. If the concerned authority lends its good ear to this fact, we local people would be very much thankful.
