Stop unauthorised Import of Crackers

Like every year, the sale of banned crackers has begun weeks before Deepawali (the Festival of Lights) despite the so-called police warning against it. Police say that they will not allow anyone to use such explosives during the festival. But the market, filled with such illegally imported ignitable explosives evidently invalidates the claim. The government has put a ban on the import of such things and police say they do not allow anyone to bring them in. Then how on earth did the nasty playthings enter the Valley?

Several nasty incidents related to such explosives have been reported in the past. And they are sure to recur this year too if timely initiatives are not taken in this regard.
