BY A STAFF REPORTER Kathmandu, Oct 24: With the objective of developing and spreading feelings of friendship and brotherhood among the Shakya communities living throughout the kingdom of Nepal, the Shakya Foundation, Nepal has established in Kathmandu and duly registered at the CDO’s office. Dev Kaji Shakya is the president of the Foundation while Harsha Muni Shakya and Kedar Shakya are vice presidents. Likewise, Dr Laxman Shakya, Dharma Ratna Shakya and Uttam Ratna Shakya are member secretary, treasure and joint secretary respectively. Similarly, Shanta Ratna Shakya, Naresh Bir Shakya, Dr Rabin Shakya, Pushpa Ratna Shakya, Mrs Madhavi Shakya, Gyan Ratna Shakya, Suresh Shakya and Mrs Shova Shakya are the executive members of the Shakya Foundation, Nepal. Likewise, Bekha Ratna Shakya, Dr. Rabindra Kumar Shakya, Dr Bajra Raj Shakya, Shangha Ratna Shakya and Dharma Ratna Shakya are the advisors of the Foundation. Meanwhile, the executive meeting of the Foundation held here today has extended hearty felicitations to all the Nepalese people on the occasion of the new year 1121 of Nepal Sambat. Other Story |
