'Follow economic regulations strictly'

Kathmandu, Sept. (RSS):The speakers at a talk programme on 'Economic Impact on National Development' organised here recently by the Kantipur News Club said that clean administration and honesty as well as political commitment are indispensable for maintaining economic discipline.

Ex-member of the Nationnal Planning Commission Dr. Kishor Kumar Gurugharana said no development works will be geared ahead unless the laws are translated into practice and called on the government to work out and strictly follow economic regulations in collaboration with the private sector.

At the programme presided over by president of the Kantipur New Club Dhruba Prasad Banskota, various other speakers including Dr. Dilli Raj Khanal, Dr. Ballav Mani Dahal, industrialist Krishna Acharya and programme coordinator of the Club Yuba Raj Gautam also expressed their views.
