HM transfers chief judges of Appellate Courts Kathmandu, Apr. 26 (RSS): His Majesty the King has in accordance with the Constitution of the Kingdom of Nepal-1990 transferred eleven Chief Judges of the Appellate Courts on the recommendation of the Judicial Council. According to a notice published today by the Principal Press Secretariat of His Majesty the King, the post of the Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Tulsipur Kedar Prasad Giri has been transferred as the Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Dipayal as Giri has been appointed as the temporary justice of the Supreme Court and his term extended. Likewise, as Chief Judge of the Appellate court of Biratnagar Chandra Prasad Parajuli has been appointed as the temporary justice of the Supreme Court, his post has been transferred as Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Curkhet. Similarly, as Chief Judge of the Patan Appellate Court Min Bahadur Rayamajhi has been appointed as the temporary justice of the Supreme Court, his post has been transferred as the Chief Judge of the Appellate Court, Mahendranagar. Chief judge of the Appellate Court of Surkhet Bali RamKkumar has been transferred as the Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Biratnagar. Chief Cudge of the Appellate Court of Hetauda Khil Raj Regmi has been transferred as the Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Patan. Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Dhankuta Mrs. Sharada Shrestha has been transferred as the Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Tulsipur. Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Nepalgunj Arjun Prasad Singh has been transferred as the Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Dhankuta. Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Janakpur Harijung Sijapati has been transferred as the Chief judge of the Appellate Court of Nepalgunj. Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Mahendranagar Paramananda Jha has been transferred as the Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Hetauda. Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Baglung Badri Kkumar Basnet has been transferred as the Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Janakpur. Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Dipayal Krishna Prasad Upadhyay has been transferred as the Chief Judge of the Appellate Court of Baglung. Other Stories
