Gaijatra procession for eternal peace of Their late Majesties today Kathmandu, Aug. 4 (RSS): A procession accompanied by the singing of hymns from the Ramayan and other religious hymns is to be taken out under the joint auspices of Bishwa Shanti Bhagawat Bhajanashram, Badya Shiromani Ganeshlal Sangeet Pratisthan, Sangeet Pratisthan Nepal, Shanti Maitri Pariwar and Yog Mandir, Pulchowk on Gaijatra tomorrow, wishing emancipation and eternal peace to the departed souls of His late Majesty King Birendra, Her late Majesty Queen Aishwarya and the other departed members of the Royal Family. The procession will commence from Ashok Buddha Stupa, Pulchowk tomorrow at 10 a.m. Other Stories |
