Singh urges positive role from Maoists Janakpurdham, Aug. 12 (RSS): National President of the Nepal Sadbhawana Party Gajendra Narayan Singh has spoken of the need for the Maoists to become positive towards the initiatives taken by the government and help resolve the problem. Speaking at a function organised by the Nepal Sadbhawana Party at the central office here today, Singh said since the democratic constitution of Nepal guarantees various rights including the rights to criticize government and to hold assemblies, taking up arms will not help resolve the problems in any way. In response to a question, the NSP chief mentioned that the Prime Minister has given assurances that the citizenship problem will be solved through an all party meeting. Other Story |
