Manage The Stray Animals

A lot of stray cattle are seen moving about in the streets of the capital city. Though there are laws formulated to deal with the problems related to stray animals, the authorities have failed to prohibit the cattle owners from letting their livestock go free into the narrow and busy roads. The stray animals on the road are a great nuisance to the riders and drivers leading to serious accidents. Worse it is when the carcasses of such animals are left on the busy roads for a long period of time. I do not know whose responsibility is it to pick up the animal remains, but I am sure that the existing laws have not been enforced properly. I hope that the law enforcing bodies would give a serious attention towards this issue.
