Security Check Ups For Public Safety

The security personnel are trying their best to maintain peace and security in the country. They carry out regular check ups and scrutinise the prospects of some unwanted events. For instance, vehicles and people are constantly monitored in the capital, especially the ones that are moving about during the night time. But some people complain the security checks. They say that such checks cause delay in the mobility. Their logic is not valid, especially at the present context when the Maoists are carrying out violent activities across the Kingdom. These checks are being made to ensure people’s protection from terrorism. What is the loss of some time if the security personnel are conducting the personal checks for our safety itself? Yes, we may lose ten or fifteen minutes on the way but then it becomes common sense for us to start for our destination well in advance taking into account the time that may be used up in the check points. These checks have, indeed, made our lives safer. We have to learn to live with minor inconveniences rather than make unnecessary fuss on such a serious issue.
