BY A STAFF REPORTER Kathmandu: The players for the upcoming U-19 World Cup Cricket Championship have been select by a committee led by Taralamani Dixit, Cricket Association of Nepal press release stated Monday. All the fourteen players had participated in the U-19 Youth Asian Cup cricket held on October 11-18, 2001. 14-man squad: Binod Kumar Das (captain), Bardan Chalisey (vice-captain), Lakpa Lama, Shakti Gauchan, Manoj Kutuwal, Basanta Regmi, Basudev Thapa, Pramod Basent, Kaniska Chaugai, Sanjam Regmi, Prem Chaudhary, Rohit Sharma, Yashwant Subedi, Manjit Shrestha, Munik Kumar Shrestha, Deepesh Khatri, Narendra Bohara and Prakash Sharma are extra players. |
