Bill on parties tabled at Uper House Kathmandu, Feb. 13 (RSS): At the meeting of the National Assembly today, the upper house secretary tabled the bill concerning political parties 2057 which originated in and was passed by the lower house, along with the message. At the meeting, National Assembly chairman Dr Mohamad Mohsin read out a letter from the Royal Palace stating that Minister for Physical Planning and works Khum Bahadur Khadka has been relieved of his post and Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Mahanta Thakur designated for that portfolio.
